Pulse MCP terms of use

Last updated August 10, 2026. Questions: hello@inbin.dev.

The service

The Pulse flight-deals MCP (at https://pulse.inbin.dev/mcp and via the pulse-flight-deals-mcp npm package) is a free, public, read-only tool that returns fares we have observed for a route so an AI agent can judge whether a price is good. It is provided as-is, with no account required. The npm package is open source under the MIT license.

Not a quote, not advice

The fares returned are historical observations structured from public flight-deal newsletters and price alerts. They are not live quotes, not offers, not a prediction of future prices, and not booking or financial advice. Always verify the current price with the airline or a booking site before purchasing. We do not sell flights or process payments.

Acceptable use

Use the tools for their intended purpose, judging fares and viewing recorded route history. Don’t attempt to overload the service, scrape it beyond the published rate limits, or use it to mislead others about prices. We may rate-limit or block abusive traffic to keep the service available for everyone.

Availability

This is a best-effort free service. We don’t guarantee uptime, completeness of coverage, or that any particular route has data. Coverage grows over time; many routes will return “not enough history yet,” which is intended behavior, the tool says when it doesn’t know rather than guessing.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the service or reliance on the fares it reports, including a fare that turns out to be unavailable or different at booking time.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes are reflected here with a new date. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
